The popular holiday periods (especially school holiday dates) always seem to book quickly, so please contact us for availability of 2012 dates and book now to ensure you get the period you want! Also, as Domaine de Barthe is so well suited for groups and extended families, it is best to book multiple gite requirements sooner than later as an advance individual gite booking can reduce multiple gite availability! As our pricing is lead by Euros, we are pleased to offer our 'currency fluctuation safeguard' for UK pound bookings to ensure that you are not penalised by the money markets for booking early (see below for full details).
Euro/pound exchange rate safeguard; Sterling rate based on £1 = 1.14€. Due to the volatile currency exchange markets, we are having to regularly review our pound sterling rental rates. We will be pleased to quote your 2011/12 holiday in pound sterling and the rate will be 'capped' at the time of your booking, so this will be the MAXIMUM pound rate you will pay. However, should the situation improve significantly for sterling by the time balance payments are due WE WILL REBATE THE EXCHANGE RATE DIFFERENCE (based on our average HIFX exchange rates) - we can't be fairer than that!
2012 AIRLINE ROUTES
We are now more accessible than ever by the low cost air lines. We have 4 airports near us accessed by the major budget airlines; Carcassonne airport (a 20 minute drive from us) is served by Ryanair from 7 UK airports, Bezier (45 minutes) and Perpignan (60 minutes) are served by Ryanair and Flybe, Monpelier (70 minutes) are served by Ryanair and Easyjet and Toulouse (75 minutes) are served by Easyjet, Flybe and Jet2. LOW & MEDIUM SEASON SHORT TERM LETTING
Due to popular demand we have now relaxed our minimum 7 night stay period outside of Peak and High seasons. We now accommodate a minimum stay of 3 nights during Medium (April, May and October) and Low season (November through to end of March). We will be operating 2 'per night ' tariffs; Long weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights) and Midweek (rest of week). The period of stay can be anytime, providing fully flexible changeovers, with the differing 'per night' rate applying to whichever 'nights' of week that you stay. This will enable our clients to enjoy the facilities at Domaine de Barthe and also take advantage of the many low cost deals offered by the budget airlines.
