‘…lots of highlights: Tour de France and fireworks in Carcassonne, swimming in the river, bird watching (Hoopoe, Bee- Eaters, Flamingoes…), freshly picked figs, Minerve, Olanzac market…the list could go on, but first and foremost we had a wonderful relaxing time in a beautiful and fascinating part of France’                                       The Wood family, Fife, Scotland
