ACCOMMODATION, RATES & AVAILABILITY

We offer a choice of 3 gites (2 holiday cottages and an apartment)  to provide comfortable self catering accommodation for between 2 - 16 people. The cottages are semi-detached and the apartment is above an adjacent barn, making the accommodation ideally suited for either couples, individual families or group holidays (up to 16 people). Each property has it's own exclusive outside area; both cottages are within the large courtyard and the apartment is just beyond this. In addition, guests will also be able to enjoy separate areas for leisure and relaxation, including a 14m x 6m swimming pool , a games barn and a large BBQ/petanque (French bowls) area. A laundry service is also offered at a nominal charge*. All  kitchens are equipped with a gas oven/hob, microwave cooker and fridge/freezer.  All bed linen and towels are provided for use within the gite ( except beach/pool towels which are also available for hire at a nominal charge*).

'LE MINERVOIS' COTTAGE   This is a 3 bedroom gite, providing 90 sqm. of comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. 	'LA CORBIERE' COTTAGE   This is a 2 bedroom gite, providing 75 sqm. of typically French rustic style accommodation and is suitable for up to 4 people (possibly 5 if 3 small children shared 2nd bedroom). The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. 'LE FITOU' APARTMENT   A former vine workers dormitory which has been tastefully converted into a luxurious 3 bedroom holiday apartment, sleeping up to 6 people. There is a generous 100 square metres of accommodation comprising an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, a family bath/shower room with a separate WC, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room/ WC and 2 further twin bedrooms.  Outside is a private patio area and car parking space. RATES & AVAILABILITY

Our rates are based on PEAK ( 9th July - 26th  August), HIGH (21st May - 8th July & 27th August - 1st October), MEDIUM (1st April - 20th May & October) and LOW (January, February, March, November & December). Booking dates start and finish on Saturdays during PEAK & HIGH season, but can be flexible outside of these periods (subject to availability) to enable you to get the best travel deals.

Euro/pound exchange rate safeguard; Sterling rate based on £1 = 1.18€. Due to the volatile currency exchange markets, we are having to regularly review our pound sterling rental rates. We will be pleased to quote your 2011 holiday in pound sterling and the rate will be 'capped' at the time of your booking,  so this will be the MAXIMUM pound rate you will pay. However, should the situation  improve  significantly for sterling by the time balance payments are due WE WILL REBATE THE EXCHANGE RATE DIFFERENCE (based on our average HIFX exchange rates) - we can't be fairer than that!

WEEKLY RENTAL RATES Price shown is per Gite per week (minimum 7 nights in PEAK & HIGH season, extra nights are pro rata at other times). Special rates are available for long term low season bookings (please ask for details).

PER NIGHT RATE; Minimum stay (outside of PEAK & HIGH season) is 3 nights with flexible changeover dates. There are two nightly rates; LONG WEEKEND for Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights and MIDWEEK for any other nights. WEEKLY (7 consecutive nights) rates apply as above.
