ACCOMMODATION

For the 2008 season, we have 3 gites (2 holiday cottages and an apartment) available to provide comfortable self catering accommodation for between 2 - 16 people. The cottages are semi-detached, being ideally suited to group or individual holidays. Each cottage has it's own private patio area to the front (within the courtyard), or this can be easily combined for group holidays. In addition, guests will also be able to enjoy separate communal areas for BBQ's, leisure and relaxation, including a 14m x 6m swimming pool. Laundry facilities are available within a separate 'Lavoir'. All  kitchens are equipped with a gas oven/hob, microwave cooker and fridge/freezer.  All bed linen and towels are provided for use within the gite ( please bring your own beach/pool towels).

'LE MINERVOIS' COTTAGE   This is a 3 bedroom gite, providing 90 sqm. of comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Leading off this is a double bedroom. Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms (one double, the other twin) and the bathroom with a shower/bath and a separate w.c.
	'LA CORBIERE' COTTAGE   This is a 2 bedroom gite, providing 75 sqm. of tasteful, rustic style accommodation and is suitable for up to 4 people (possibly 5 if 2 adults with 3 small children sharing 2nd bedroom). The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Upstairs are 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and the shower room with a separate w.c.
'LE FITOU' APARTMENT   A former vine workers dormitory has been tastefully converted into a luxurious 3 bedroom holiday apartment, sleeping up to 6 people. There is a generous 100 square metres of accommodation comprising an open plan  living, dining and kitchen area, a family bath/shower room with a separate WC, a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room/ WC and 2 further twin bedrooms.  Outside is a private patio area and car parking space.

Our  seasonal rates are based on HIGH (July & August), MID (June & September), MEDIUM (April, May & October) and LOW (remainder of year). Holiday start/finish dates can be flexible outside of HIGH & MID seasons ( during which Saturday changeovers operate) to enable you to get the best travel deals.

RENTAL RATES   Based on per Gite per week/7 nights (pro rata for extra nights) on a self catering basis including all linen/towels (except beach/pool towels). Minimum stay is 7 nights. Special rates are available for 'group' bookings (i.e. 2 or more gites for 2 or more weeks) and long term low season lettings (please ask for details).
